Delivery Information

Scope

This page explains how shipping works for physical orders placed through the Buy Gallery, and how on-site services (terrace, farmland, hydroponic, aeroponic, aquaponic and soilless setup, and training visits) are scheduled.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship shippable items (seeds, fertilizers, pest-control products, garden accessories) across India through our courier partners. Live plants, microgreens and fresh produce are delivered within a shorter radius of our farm to keep them fresh in transit — availability for your pin code is shown at checkout. On-site setup and training services are currently offered in and around our farm's serviceable area; write to us to check whether we cover your location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Live plants and fresh produce are harvested or prepared close to the shipping date to maximise freshness on arrival.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: approximately 3–6 business days from dispatch.
• Other cities & towns: approximately 5–9 business days from dispatch.
• Remote / rural pin codes: may take a little longer depending on courier coverage; we'll let you know if your area needs extra time.

These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, courier delays, and local restrictions can occasionally push delivery beyond these windows, especially for live plants during extreme seasons.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charge for your order is calculated at checkout, based on the items, weight, and delivery location. We'll always show this before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises.

Live Plants & Perishables

We pack live plants, microgreens and fresh produce with extra care — moisture packs, ventilated packaging, and priority courier services where available — but these items are still sensitive to transit time and handling. Please open and inspect them as soon as they arrive, and see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what to do if something arrives in poor condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details (where the courier provides them) by email or phone, so you can follow its progress.

Service Visits

Terrace, farmland, hydroponic, aeroponic, aquaponic, soilless-setup and training visits are not shipped — we coordinate a date and time with you directly after you submit an enquiry or booking, based on our team's availability in your area.

Delivery Issues
