Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vrksayurveda.com and the Vrksayurveda mobile-installable web app (together, the "Site"), operated by G~N~E Nisarga Farmhouse ("Vrksayurveda", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, placing an order through the Buy Gallery, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

Vrksayurveda is run by G~N~E Nisarga Farmhouse, a natural-farming practice based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We help growers plan terrace, farmland, hydroponic, aeroponic and aquaponic setups, and we sell seeds, fertilizers, pest-control products, garden accessories, live plants, microgreens, and fresh produce through the Buy Gallery on this Site.

Using the Site

• You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order, submitting an enquiry, or registering an account, and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at vrksayurveda@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or abusive testimonials/notes.

Products, Services & Availability

We describe our seeds, plants, produce and supplies as accurately as we can, but natural products vary — actual size, colour, and yield of live plants and produce may differ from photos on the Site, and seasonal items are shown as "based on season and availability." Setup services (terrace, farmland, hydroponic, aeroponic, aquaponic, soilless) are advisory in nature; actual growth and harvest outcomes depend on local climate, water, soil and care, and are not guaranteed.

Orders & Payment

Adding an item to your cart and submitting an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order. Prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice; the price shown at the time you place your order is what applies to that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity — and will inform you and refund any amount already paid.

Accounts & Registration

Creating an account (email and password) lets you check out faster and lets us keep a record of your orders and enquiries. We handle the personal data you give us in line with our Privacy Policy. You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to us.

User-Submitted Content

Where the Site lets growers and customers share notes, farming methods, or testimonials, you keep ownership of what you write, but you give us permission to display it on the Site (and remove it if it breaks these Terms). Please do not submit anything defamatory, false, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual Property

All content, photos, illustrations and text on this Site belong to G~N~E Nisarga Farmhouse unless otherwise credited. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We share farming guidance in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but growing conditions vary widely. To the extent permitted by law, Vrksayurveda and G~N~E Nisarga Farmhouse are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our advice, products, or services — including crop loss, delayed harvests, or reduced yield — beyond the value of the relevant order or service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site grows — the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
